As time has begun to prove Chris Nell is a talented X-factor performer in today's mainstream media of South Africa and internationally with a diverse career encompassing theater, radio, music and television.

​Born into a working class family, Chris originally intended to variously pursue careers in architecture and finance.In 2012, Chris decided it would be the entertainment field that would take precedence and since then he's gone on from strength to strength.

He ultimately pursued his calling ,ending up with both a national diploma magna cum laude in Media Practices and graduate certificates in Drama, also magna cum laude. During this period he was fortunate enough to be trained under watchful eyes of some of the most seasoned veterans of industry, including Karl Kikillus, Brumilda van Rensburg, Fiona Ramsay, Heidi Mollentze, Jacques Gombault, David Konrad and Spike Ballantine.

Nell is truly one of the country's most extraordinarily gifted entertainers. He is noted for his incredible versatility as a popular radio broadcaster and disc jockey. He has had the opportunity to interview and rub shoulders with various actors, musicians and entertainers in his career, including Elvis Blue, Andre Schwartz and Shaky Russell and has also worked with such names as Ian Wessels, Louis Van Niekerk, Neil Bennett-Grib, Rina Nienaber and many more.

In addition, Chris maintains phenomenally successful and varied stints as musician, character actor, voice artist and MC.

As testament to an already prolific career, there is almost nothing Chris isn't capable of and there has been extremely little to refute the claim. Chris remains consistently valued as arguably the best tradesmen of the industry.

Chris makes his home in the countryside of the North-West province, where he works.
